9:30am	Registration and Sign-in
10am-11am	Meet & greet with our pro-writers: jeffrey East, Gil Grand, producer Rick Hutt	Learn how these great songwriters turned their songwriting into careers
11am-12pm	"Everything you ever wanted to know about co-writing but were afraid to ask"	Learn the fundamental processes for writing a great pop or country song. We discuss coming up with ideas, creating a story, looking for titles and using colourful words and imagery.We also discuss where to find co-writers, collaborating with others and re-writes.
12 noon	Lunch on your own or join our pizza lunch (only $5)	Lunch on your own or join our pizza lunch (only $5)
1 pm	Co-Writing session	Songwriters will be put together in groups of 2 or 3 to co-write a song together. Pro writers will be sent around to the groups for mentoring and advice.
2:30 pm	Co-written songs performance	Songs that have been written will be played for everyone
3:00 - 3:15  pm	Break	Break
3:30 pm - 5 pm	Song critique session	Songwriters will bring in a song to be critiqued by the pro writers. Song can be played live or on CD or played from a device (such as an IPhone or a stick etc). Please bring 6 copies of your song lyric.
